Seminars

Main scientific forum of the training group includes three different types of seminars:
  • Meeting of doctoral candidates (1.5 SWS)
  • progress reports (1.5 SWS)
  • lecture seminar (see “Guest Scientists ..”,
  • 1 SWS)
The meeting of doctoral researchers is a forum for exchanging ideas and giving each other feedback without participance of project leaders or tutors, weekly during semester and in two autonomous doctoral resear-cher workshops.
The Progress Reports include a written and an oral presentation of all candidates on the progress of their research work.
Feedback of plenum/project leaders Tool for quality control, discussion and setting of goals.
